Anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction to substances/games/porn – the list goes on! What is mental illness? How can you recognize the red flags in yourself or another? What is our responsibility to ourselves and each other as a community? How to handle a problem with mental illness in your coven or community? How to find a therapist who will respect your magical beliefs? When is mental illness a strength? What makes our community good at handling mental illness? Through interactive dialogue with a licensed psychotherapist about shared problems and solutions, participants will learn someth ing useful to help yourself or your friends/family/covenmates/community.
